The products or goods on our web store are sent directly from Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia warehouse via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other couriers. The delivery of goods or products bought from our web store normally take from 3-7 working days after the money have been received or cleared in our account.

Shipment sometimes can take longer due to location of the customers, local custom clearance and unexpected weather condition such as stormed or typhoon that could effect the shipping time. Once the products or goods are shipped, customer will be notified via email the tracking number. Customer is solely responsible for custom duty tax and other charges applicable to each shipment.

In the event that FedEx or couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
