1. Is pick up available?
No. Pick up is not available as we operate online and we delivery the product directly to the customer address.
2. How long does delivery take?
The delivery normally take between 3 - 7 working days after the payment has been clear, for most of sydney area it takes normally only 3 to 4 days.

4. Are the phones brand new and unlocked?
All the products sell on our website are brand new, comes with 12 months warranty and all the phone are unlocked to all networks in Australia and the world.
5. What are the different between manufacturer and international warranty?
Manufacturer warranty, if the goods or products are defected will need to send back to the manufacturer either within the country or ouside the country. For international warranty, if the goods or products are defected just take them to any local stores for that product or brand regardless of which country the user is in.
6. Does all the products come with a warranty?
Yes all the products on our website comes with 12 months warranty either manufacturer or internatonal warranty. Specific warranty is mentioned in each product description.
7. Does the phone or digital camera have an English manual?
All the products sell on our website comes with english manual, either Hard copy or soft copy in the CD. The Japanese or Europe Version are also comes with english manual.
8. What is the postage cost?
The postage cost is depends on the weight of the products. Please sign up and login to see the actual price of the shipping.
9. What is the different between Jap and Euro Version?
The Jap version comes with only japanese and English languages where the Euro version comes with 4 or 5 languages including english.
Some model of Jap version has only 110V, for instance Sony Playstation 3.
9. How much Duty Tax do I have to pay?
Most of the products (except tobacco and alcohol) that are sent over from oversea are duty and tax free if their value are under AUD$1000.
if more than AUD$1000 there is about 5% duty tax.
